This wonderful Bi-plane rocker is a rocker bolted onto the base then when the little child grows it can be unbolted and used as a push along, steered with the back castor. The Bi-Plane rocker has grab handles at the front for the little pilot to hang onto. The Bi Plane rocker is a real hit with both Girls and Boys. P.S. and yes the propeller does spin when hand power is applied.
